工件從上一工序到達本工序,傳遞到預約地位,檢測開關檢測到工件,夾緊機構將工件送到檢測地位下方,頂升夾緊機構將工件頂起并夾緊定位,壓緊機構將工件壓緊,伺服機電扭轉動員工件扭轉,檢測機構檢測工件,檢測終了后及格產物經由進程傳遞機構傳遞到下一工序,對不及格產物可經由進程前面的分選機構分選。
